Scope of the Franchise. (a) Subject to Grantee's compliance with Grantor's permit procedures applicable to construction, encroachments, and pole attachments, Grantee is authorized and obligated to construct, reconstruct, upgrade, erect, install, repair, replace, operate, and maintain in, on, over, under, upon, across and the public streets and rights-of-way such lines, cables, fiber optics, conductors, ducts, conduits, vaults, manholes, amplifiers, appliances, pedestals, enclosures, attachments, and other property and equipment as are necessary and appropriate to the operation of the cable system.

Scope of the Franchise. (a) Subject to Grantee’s compliance with Grantor’s permit procedures applicable to construction, encroachments, and pole attachments, Grantee is authorized and obligated to construct, reconstruct, operate, and maintain the cable television system within the public streets and rights-of-way.
Scope of the Franchise. (a) Grantee is authorized and obligated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement to construct, reconstruct, operate and maintain the cable system within the public streets and rights-of-way of the Constituent Jurisdictions (the “Franchise Service Area”). This Agreement grants the privilege to use Grantee’s cable system in the Franchise Service Area for the provision of cable services subject to applicable federal, state and local law.

BNY Mellon will remediate identified security vulnerabilities in accordance with its process.

  • MANAGEMENT OF EVALUATION OUTCOMES 12.1 The evaluation of the Employee’s performance will form the basis for rewarding outstanding performance or correcting unacceptable performance.
