Franchise Service Area definition

Franchise Service Area means that area within the incorporated City limits in which Intermax shall extend its services.

A permanent structure devoted to industrial or commercial purposes does not result in the establishment of a business area on both sides of the highway. All measurements shall be from the outer edge of the regularly used building, parking lot, or storage or processing area of the commercial or industrial activity and not from the property lines of the activities and shall be along or parallel to the edge or pavement of the highway.   • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

It includes parks, gardens, play grounds, sector shops and other open spaces located in the area earmarked in the residential zone.

  • Police Service means the South African Police Service established by section 5(1) of the South African Police Service Act;

  • Business location means a location where the firm carries out an activity that requires registration, and includes a residence if regular and ongoing activity that requires registration is carried out from the residence or if records relating to an activity that requires registration are kept at the residence;

  • Generator Operator means the entity that operates generating unit(s) and performs the functions of supplying energy and interconnected operations services and the other functions of a generator operator as described in NERC’s Statement of Compliance Registry Criteria located on the NERC website.

  • New Service Customers means all customers that submit an Interconnection Request, a Completed Application, or an Upgrade Request that is pending in the New Services Queue.

  • Residential child care facility means a twenty-four-hour residential facility where children live together with or are supervised by adults who are not their parents or relatives;

  • Hospice services means symptom and pain management to a terminally ill individual, and emotional, spiritual and bereavement services for the individual and their family in a place of temporary or permanent residence, and may include the provision of home health and home care services for the terminally ill individual.
