SCOPE OF WORK AND BASIS OF DESIGN. This Attachment 1 is comprised of the Scope of Work (Attachment 1, Schedule 1-1), Scope of Facilities, Basis of Design, Basic Engineering Design Data, and other FEED Documents (Attachment 1, Schedule 1-2) (collectively the “Scoping Documents”) incorporated into the Agreement. The priority between these documents is set forth in Section 1.4 of Attachment 1, Schedule 1-1.
