Common use of Scope of Work to be Performed Clause in Contracts

Scope of Work to be Performed. The scope of work for this Agreement shall be in accordance with the scope of work described on all Project Worksheets (PW’s) approved by FEMA for projects which are the legal responsibility of the Subrecipient under this federal declaration which are herein incorporated to this agreement by reference. All approved PW’s will be sent to the Subrecipient once they have been developed, reviewed, and approved by FEMA.
