Screening Fences. Each lot owner must construct a screening fence to shield and hide from view a small service yard. Plans for such fence delineating the size, design, texture, appearance and location must be approved by the Company prior to construction.

Screening Fences. The Developer, at its sole cost and expense, shall construct or cause to be constructed a screening fence. The screening fences shall be a minimum of six feet (6’) in height and a maximum of eight feet (8’) unless otherwise noted and approved by the City, and constructed of wood, masonry or other like materials as determined by the Developer. The screening fence shall be constructed prior to any sale of any described lot to a third party and commencement of construction.
