Scrubbing. 3.10.1 20.4.1 Scrubbing is satisfactorily performed when all surfaces are without imbedded embedded dirt, cleaning solution, film, debris, stains, stains and marks, or standing water, and floor has a uniformly clean appearance. Method used must be sufficient to clean all grout and/or uneven floor surfaces. A plain water rinse must follow the scrubbing process immediately.
