Common use of Scrubbing Clause in Contracts

Scrubbing. 3.10.1 Scrubbing is satisfactorily performed when all surfaces are without imbedded dirt, cleaning solution, film, debris, stains, marks, standing water, and floor has uniformly clean appearance.

Method used must be sufficient to clean all grout and/or uneven floor surfaces. A plain water rinse must follow the scrubbing process immediately.
