CARPETS. You may put down loose carpets or rugs and use anti-slip mats on the floors of the premises. You must not put down carpets which are fitted using any adhesive or nails. You will have to pay the costs of repairing any damage caused to the wooden flooring as a result of you failing to keep to this clause.
CARPETS. (a) Carpets (or other suitable flooring) shall be provided. It shall have a good quality underlay, be clean, of reasonable quality and free from all defects such as excessive wear, loose seams, tainting, bare patches and so on.
(b) Laminate or other wooden flooring shall not be acceptable, in flats above ground floor level unless the floor is of a solid concrete construction, because of potential noise disturbance.
CARPETS. Per the lease agreement 8.1 “Lessee agrees to have the carpets in the premises professionally cleaned at Lessee’s sole expense. Lessee agrees to provide Lessor a receipt for the professional carpet cleaning within 3 days of vacating the premises.” Lessees are not responsible for normal wear and tear. Anything that cannot be covered with a single coat of our standard paint will be an additional charge. Lessees may choose to prime with a flat primer or pay Lessor’s contractor directly and have Lessor schedule the service after the apartment is vacated.
CARPETS. Students are responsible to have the carpets cleaned by a professional carpet cleaning company upon moving out of property. A receipt must be delivered to the owner. Should the carpet cleaning not occur or receipt not provided the owner will charge students $35.00 per room for cleaning.

CARPETS. All carpets in offices must be washed as and when required, to the satisfaction and standard set by the Cleaning Services: Building Maintenance Section of the CTMM. Work will be performed outside normal working hours and must be included in the tender price.
CARPETS i) Carpet stains that require bleaching and dying will be charged $65 per section, i.e., right front, left front, etc.
ii) Carpet tear or puncture less than ¾ inch in diameter $50.
iii) Carpet tear or puncture ¾ inch to two inches in diameter $125.
iv) Damage exceeding the above criteria will require carpet replacement.
CARPETS. ( , Initial) Tenant stipulates the carpets were professionally cleaned upon initial occupancy. The Tenant agrees that LPM will arrange to have carpets professionally cleaned and shampooed at the end of occupancy. This fee will be automatically deducted from the security deposit. There will be no exceptions.
CARPETS. All carpets are to be PROFESSIONALLY cleaned to satisfaction of the lessor/agent upon vacating and receipt given to Bayside Realty Townsville. If the lease extends past 12 months then it is recommended to have carpets professionally cleaned every 12 months.
