Sealing Adverse Documentation. Upon request of a bargaining unit member formal discipline documents in a bargaining unit member's personnel file shall be sealed if, during the two-year period following the date of the document, the bargaining unit member was not formally reprimanded or suspended and no warning letters for similar misconduct have been issued.
