Common use of Seasonal Bidding Clause in Contracts

Seasonal Bidding. A. All bidding will be stopped approximately six (6) weeks prior to the start of a season. Once bidding has stopped, all vacancies shall be filled by dispatch until bidding resumes. B. The following items shall be distributed to all Masters in a Bid Packet prior to Seasonal bidding: 1. A timeline indicating the dates of all bids associated with seasonal bidding;
