Common use of SEATING ON STAGE Clause in Contracts

SEATING ON STAGE. The Lessee will not permit or cause to permit audience seating on the stage, stage wings, or in the aisles. The sole exception is when the audience is a planned and integral part of the performance/event and is approved in writing by the MSDWC prior to, or during the Pre-Event Planning Meeting.
