SEC FACILITY OPERATIONS - GENERAL. ‌ 278 A. Operating Plan. Contractor recognizes that the Authority and its Member Agencies 279 are committed to maximizing recovery of materials received at the SEC and minimizing 280 the Disposal of materials. Contractor shall operate the SEC, including the Transfer 281 Station, MRF, O2E, Public Recycling Center, and related facilities, to allow for the 282 convenient and efficient management of materials received; recovery of Recyclable 283 Materials through MRF processing operations; and, recovery of Organic Materials, 284 including Plant Materials and Food Scraps, through the O2E processing operations. 285 The Contractor’s operation of the scale house, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, XXX, X0X, and Public 286 Recycling Center, and provision of other services shall comply with the General 287 Operating Standards and Procedures in Attachment 4.

  • Management and Operations 15.1 The Operator shall prepare an annual work programme and budget for each Calendar Year during the term of this Agreement. Each such work programme and budget shall set out in reasonable details, the work to be carried out, facilities to be purchased or created, training and employment programme, establishment, salaries and wages, social welfare schemes to be undertaken, and an estimate of the Expenditure to be incurred. The Operator shall present such work programme and budget to the Government and the Working Interest Owners before the start of each Calendar Year and thereafter provide a quarterly update on the implementation of such work programme and budget.

  • Financial Management, Financial Reports and Audits 1. The Recipient shall maintain or cause to be maintained a financial management system in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.09 of the General Conditions.

  • MONITORING OF OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE 19.1 Monthly status reports During Operation Period, the Concessionaire shall, no later than 7 (seven) days after the close of each month, furnish to the Authority and the Independent Engineer a monthly report stating in reasonable detail the condition of the Bus Terminal including its compliance or otherwise with the Maintenance Requirements, Maintenance Manual, Maintenance Programme and Safety Requirements, and shall promptly give such other relevant information as may be required by the Independent Engineer. In particular, such report shall separately identify and state in reasonable detail the defects and deficiencies that require rectification.

  • Management and Operations of the Borrower Section 4.01. The Borrower shall carry on its operations and conduct its affairs in accordance with sound administrative, financial, engineering and public utility practices under the supervision of qualified and experienced management assisted by competent staff in adequate numbers.
