Disposal of Materials. Contractor and Operator shall inform the JMC and ROC of any excess or disposable Materials. ROC shall instruct Operator on the action then required. Any proceeds of disposal of such Materials shall be credited to the Operating Account.

Disposal of Materials. 1. The County shall receive AB 939 recycling credit. 2. All green waste produced as a result of the Contractor's operations shall be reduced, reused, recycled, and/or transformed by Contractor. 3. Reduction, reuse, recycling and transformation shall include but is not limited to, production of lumber, and daily cover. 4. Weight slips, or other approved documentation, shall be required as proof of final disposal and shall be submitted by Contractor at the end of each month to OC Parks NPDES Coordinator.

Disposal of Materials. When Recipient has completed its use of the Materials in accordance with the Purpose of Use specified in the implementing letter, Recipient shall, at its expense and solely responsibility, destroy or promptly return the materials upon demand by the Provider. Upon completion of the required testing, the PROVIDER and the RECIPIENT agree that the RECIPIENT or its designee may (as it see fit) use, alter, modify, extract any part from, destroy or otherwise dispose of MATERIALS, either in whole or in part, in accordance with the purpose stated in the Agreement and PROTOCOL. Upon completion of the required testing, the MATERIALS are kept normally for a maximum of seven (7) days and thereafter discarded in accordance with the RECIPIENT'S standard operating procedures. Upon the effective date of termination, the RECIPIENT shall discontinue its use of the MATERIALS and shall return or destroy any remaining MATERIALS. The RECIPIENT, at its discretion, shall also either destroy any modifications to the MATERIALS or remain bound by the terms of this Agreement as they apply such modification.

Disposal of Materials. After all processes with respect to permanency or promotion have been concluded, documents and other support material submitted by the candidate shall be returned to the candidate. Other documents and correspondence addressed to or received by the URC shall be sealed and be retained in the Official Employee File for a period of six (6) years at which time the material shall be destroyed. Letters of reference which remain in the Official Employee File cannot be considered for decisions for which they were not solicited.

Disposal of Materials. Upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement and unless otherwise provided in the License Agreement or any other agreement executed between the Parties, CERES agrees to destroy or return, at SYSTEM’s request, all quantities of MATERIALS, including TEST CROSSES, and KNOW-HOW in CERES’ possession. SYSTEM will not be held responsible for any expense or investment whatsoever that CERES may have incurred in association with the purposes of this Agreement, or will incur in association with such termination of this Agreement.
