Second and Succeeding Meal Periods. (a) Employees required to work more than a ten (10) hour tour of duty will be assigned a meal period of not less than thirty (30) nor more than sixty (60) minutes during the ninth (9th) or tenth (10th) hour of the tour. (b) An additional meal period of not less than thirty (30) nor more than sixty (60) minutes will be assigned when employees are required to work more than a fifteen (15) hour tour of duty.
