Second Critiques. Where management schedules staff in an outlet on the assumption that it will not be busy and the assumption turns out to be inaccurate, the service will not form part of the employee's disciplinary file or be relied on by management in any way. This provision does not take away from an employee's obligation to provide friendly service in such circumstances. On the issue of harassment, management confirms its commitment that harassment will not be tolerated. If any employee feels that she is being harassed, she should immediately speak privately with the Managing Director.
