Second or Additional Source. Each Party has the right at any time (notwithstanding any implications to the contrary hereunder) to establish a second or additional source (i.e., in addition to SGI’s Third Party manufacturers existing as of the Effective Date) for the supply of Licensed Product or any component thereof at such Party’s expense.
