Use of Distributors. IMG shall be entitled to distribute Licensed Client Exec pursuant to this Section 3 directly to End Users and/or through Distributors, in its discretion. IMG shall be entitled to sublicense Distributors to reproduce Licensed Client Exec for use and distribution by the Distributor pursuant to this Section 3, and shall be entitled to sublicense End Users to reproduce Licensed Client Exec for use pursuant to this Section 3 by the End User or its affiliated companies (e.g., site, enterprise, or multiple-seat licenses). Except as may be expressly provided herein, there shall be no restrictions whatsoever on which distribution channels IMG may use.
Use of Distributors. IMG shall be entitled to distribute Ashwin pursuant to this Section 2 directly to End Users and/or through Distributors, in its discretion. IMG shall be entitled to sublicense Distributors to reproduce Ashwin for use and distribution by the Distributor pursuant to this Section 2, and shall be entitled to sublicense End Users to reproduce Ashwin for use, in accordance with this Section 2, by the End User or its affiliated companies (e.g., site, enterprise, or multiple-seat licenses). Except as may be expressly provided herein, there shall be no restrictions whatsoever on which distribution channels IMG may use.
Use of Distributors. VERITAS shall be entitled to distribute Licensed Crystal Reports directly to End Users and/or through Distributors, in its discretion. VERITAS shall be entitled to sublicense Distributors to reproduce Licensed Crystal Report for use and distribution by the Distributor pursuant to this Section 5, and shall be entitled to sublicense End Users to reproduce Licensed Crystal Report for use pursuant to this Section 5 by the End User or its affiliated companies (e.g., site, enterprise, or multiple-seat licenses). Except as may be expressly provided herein, there shall be no restrictions whatsoever on which distribution channels VERITAS may use.

Use of Distributors. Subject to Section 2.5(a), each Party shall have the right to engage Distributors to distribute Licensed Products in particular countries within its territory in accordance, on a country-by-country basis, with such Party’s standard practices for selecting Distributors for its other products having market potential comparable to that of Licensed Products in such country.
Use of Distributors. Seagate shall be entitled to distribute Software Products directly to End Users and/or through Distributors, in its discretion. Seagate shall be entitled to sublicense Distributors to reproduce Software Products for use and distribution by the Distributor, and shall be entitled to sublicense End Users to reproduce Software Products for use by the End User or its affiliated companies (e.g., site, enterprise, or multiple-seat licenses). Except as may be expressly provided herein, there shall be no restrictions whatsoever on which distribution channels Seagate may use.
Use of Distributors. Notwithstanding any other term or condition of this Agreement to the contrary, Licensee shall not use Distributors to Commercialize the Licensed Product in any country in the Licensee Territory, except in the countries listed in Exhibit B hereto, which may be amended from time to time, upon mutual written agreement of the Parties.
Use of Distributors. Licensee shall have the right to use Distributors to Commercialize the Licensed Products in any country in the Licensee Territory in which Licensee deems it Commercially Reasonable to do so; provided, that (a) no Distributors shall be appointed for Europe prior to the filing of the MAA and (b) during the Co-Promotion Period, Licensee shall have obtained Licensor’s prior written consent prior to the appointment of any Distributor in Europe.
Use of Distributors. GSK shall have the right to engage Distributors to distribute the Licensed Product in particular countries of the GSK Territory [ * ] GSK shall include in the Commercialization Plan (and GSK's updates thereto) a list prepared in good faith of any Distributors that it (or its Affiliate) is, to its knowledge, [ * ] In addition, GSK shall reasonably cooperate and respond to Gilead's reasonable inquiries regarding GSK's use of Distributors in other countries in the GSK Territory as necessary or reasonably useful [ * ] to respond to any governmental inquiry that Gilead may receive regarding such Distributors. Use of Distributors. The restrictions in Section 2.1, 2.2 and 2.4 on transfer and sub-licensing of license rights shall not prohibit Trinity or Trinity Subsidiaries from distributing Licensed Products under a Trinity Xxxx through any distributor that is granted only the right to offer for sale and sell Licensed Products under such Trinity Xxxx where such products and their packaging are not modified by the distributor from the form in which the products and packaging are shipped by Trinity or the Trinity Subsidiary, nor shall such restrictions prevent third parties that purchase HIV Products from Trinity (including Trinity Subsidiaries) for re-sale as Re- Branded HIV Products from selling such Re-Branded HIV Products through distributors selling such Re-Branded HIV Products under the same packaging and Third Party Xxxx (any such distributor a “Distributor”). Inverness acknowledges that Distributors include distributors that sell Licensed Products on commission as well as distributors that purchase Licensed Products from Trinity (including Trinity Subsidiaries) for resale for the distributor’s own account.
