Common use of Second Step - Director of Business Clause in Contracts

Second Step - Director of Business. The grievance may be appealed to the Second Step by filing a copy of the original grievance and answer, along with the reasons for the appeal, with the Director of Business within five (5) working days of receipt of the written answer in the First Step. The Director of Business shall consider the issue and return an answer in writing within five (5) working days of receipt.
