Common use of Secondary Card Use Clause in Contracts

Secondary Card Use. A Card may be used by a Secondary Cardholder in the same manner and to the same extent as the Primary Cardholder may use his or her Card, except that a Primary Funding Account (as described in Section B.5 (b)) cannot be designated for the Secondary Cardholder’s Card. The Secondary Cardholder’s name will be imprinted on the front of the Card.
