Common use of Secondary Cardholders Clause in Contracts

Secondary Cardholders. (a) Upon Card purchase, or thereafter by visiting xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxXxxxxxxxXxxx and choosing “Secondary Cardholder” and following the prompts, you may elect to appoint up to two other persons as secondary cardholders (“Secondary Cardholder”) for your Account. A Card with a different Card number will be issued in the Secondary Cardholder’s name and will be sent to the Secondary Cardholder. A Card issued to a Secondary Cardholder is a “Card” as defined herein and such Card will have full access to the funds associated with the Account. If the Secondary Cardholder is of legal age, they will be considered a joint owner of the Card Account. If a Secondary Cardholder is a minor, they will be considered an authorized user.
