Secondary Collections. Company is responsible for utilizing third party collection affiliates to apply additional collection action in cases where the representment attempts fail or where items don’t qualify for representment. Users are responsible for manually releasing items they want to be sent to a secondary collection agency of their own accord.
Secondary Collections. Merchant agrees that if the any items cannot be collected electronically (account closed, etc.) they may be sent to a third-party collection agency at no charge to the Merchant. Any items that cannot be processed or collected electronically will be returned to the Merchant if the Merchant opts not to use a Secondary Collection Agency.
