Common use of SECONDARY STAFFING COMMITTEE Clause in Contracts

SECONDARY STAFFING COMMITTEE. A Secondary Staffing Committee shall be established by September 15 and maintained from year to year. The purpose of the committee will be to assure fair and equitable distribution of staff in accordance with the Collective Agreement. The committee shall meet with the Director or Designate in the spring and fall of each year to: 1. review the allocation of staff to each school 2. review the allocation and organization of staff within each school 3. review working conditions 4. review the application of surplus redundancy procedures. 5. Provide FTE enrolment and staffing projections for the upcoming school year.
