Secretarial Support. A secretary who is a member of the committee and who is compensated at a rate of 4% (3.5% for being member of committee and .5% for being secretary) of the base salary shall be appointed. Responsibilities shall include note- taking, copying, committee notification, communications, distribution of materials, and other duties as needed.
