Secretaries and Clerks. D. The Employer shall prepare, maintain and post the seniority lists. The initial seniority lists shall be prepared and posted conspicuously in all buildings of the District within thirty (30) workdays after the effective date of the Agreement with revisions and updates prepared and posted annually thereafter. A copy of the seniority lists and subsequent revisions shall be furnished to the Association. State and Federal statutes and regulations shall be observed where applicable for specially funded programs. Except where prohibited by law or regulations, all bargaining unit members shall receive seniority rights as provided in this Agreement.
