Secretary 1 and Secretary 2. A substitute Secretary shall receive the rate of Secretary 1, Year 1. for the first ten consecutive days in the same assignment. After the tenth day in the same assignment, the substitute will receive Year 1 in the classification of the employee being replaced by the substitute.
