Secretary’s Notice Obligation For Stop Notices. If the Secretary shall receive any notice of any Stop Notice against the Borrower, FFB or the Department, which action has not been dismissed against each such applicable party, or has not been bonded in full compliance with, and in satisfaction of all requirements of, applicable law, and in accordance with the terms of the Loan Guarantee Agreement, the Secretary shall provide FFB with notice of such Stop Notice.
