Common use of Section 10.6.2.1 Clause in Contracts

Section 10.6.2.1. 2 For Custodial and Food Service general job classification employees only lateral transfers 3 (non-promotional transfer) the following rules apply. A lateral transfer occurs when a 4 regular employee moves to an open position with the same shift and there is no change 5 in hourly pay rate (other than scheduled step increases).
