Common use of Section 11.10.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 11.10.2. 30 Employees shall forfeit the rights to re-employment as provided in Section 11.10. if the 31 employee does not accept the offer of re-employment within five (5) workdays and/or report 32 for work within eleven (11) workdays from date of offer by certified letter or in person.

Section 11.10.2. 30 22 Employees shall forfeit the rights to re-employment as provided in Section 11.10. if the 31 23 employee does not accept the offer of re-employment within five (5) workdays and/or report 32 24 for work within eleven (11) workdays from date of offer by certified letter or in person.
