Section 125 Benefit Plan. Teachers may elect to participate in the district’s Section 125 Benefit Plan. Participation will result in the teacher obtaining certain selected fringe benefits with pre-tax dollars. An amount not to exceed fifty percent (50%) of salary may be set aside by the teacher for this purpose.
