Common use of Section 15.1.1 Clause in Contracts

Section 15.1.1. 33 If this District has a different system for computing leave benefits, and other benefits, then the 34 employee shall be granted the same leave benefits and other benefits as an employee in the District 35 who has similar occupational status and total years of service.

Section 15.1.1. 33 41 If this District has a different system for computing leave benefits, and other benefits, then the 34 42 employee shall be granted the same leave benefits and other benefits as an employee in the 43 District 35 who has similar occupational status and total years of service.
