Common use of Section 15.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 15.2. All employees in classifications subject to this Agreement who are not members of the 48 Association on the effective date of this Agreement and all employees in classifications subject to this 1 Agreement who are hired at a time subsequent to the effective date of this Agreement, shall, as a condition of 2 employment, become members in good standing of the Association within thirty (30) days of the effective date 3 of this Agreement or within thirty (30) days of the hire date, whichever is applicable. Such employee shall then 4 maintain membership in the Association in accordance with the pervious section.

Section 15.2. 46 All employees in classifications subject to this Agreement who are not members of the 48 Association on the effective date of 47 this Agreement Agreement, and all employees in classifications subject to this 1 Agreement who are hired at a time subsequent to the 48 effective date of this Agreement, including substitute employees within the bargaining unit, shall, as a 1 condition of 2 employment, become members in good standing of the Association within thirty (30) days of 2 the effective date 3 of this Agreement or within thirty (30) days of the hire date, whichever is applicable. 3 Such employee shall then 4 maintain membership in the Association in accordance with good standing during the pervious sectionperiod of 4 this Agreement.

Section 15.2. 26 All employees in classifications subject to this Agreement who are not members of the 48 Association on the effective date 27 of this Agreement Agreement, and all employees in classifications subject to this 1 Agreement who are hired at a time subsequent to 28 the effective date of this Agreement, shall, as a condition of 2 employment, become members in good 29 standing of the Association within thirty sixty (3060) days of the effective date 3 of this Agreement or within thirty 30 sixty (3060) days of the hire date, whichever is applicable. Such employee shall then 4 maintain 31 membership in the Association in accordance with good standing during the pervious sectionperiod of this Agreement.

Section 15.2. 11 All employees in classifications subject to this Agreement who are not members of the 48 Association on the effective date of 12 this Agreement Agreement, and all employees in classifications subject to this 1 Agreement who are hired at a time subsequent to the 13 effective date of this Agreement,, shall, as a condition of 2 employment, become members in good standing 14 of the Association within thirty (30) days of the effective date 3 of this Agreement or within thirty (30) days 15 of the hire date, whichever is applicable. Such employee shall then 4 maintain membership in the 16 Association in accordance with good standing during the pervious sectionperiod of this Agreement.
