Section 8.2.1. The vacation credit to which an employee will be entitled shall be computed as follows:
Section 8.2.1. Employees covered by this Agreement who work less than annual employees shall be entitled 3 to paid vacation at their regular number of workday hours on the following basis: 7 After 10 Years 1 Day Vacation Per 11 Days Worked
Section 8.2.1. 41 All employees on the regular payroll shall receive ten (10) workdays paid vacation annually.
Section 8.2.1. 36 The vacation credit to which an employee shall be entitled shall be computed in accordance 37 with the following rules.
Section 8.2.1. 31 On completion of five (5) consecutive years of service, beginning with the start of the sixth 32 (6th) full year, an employee shall receive one (1) additional day paid vacation, prorated using 33 the formula in Section 8.2. For each additional year of service thereafter, an employee shall 34 receive one (1) additional day up to a maximum of twenty (20) days (prorated to 9/12). Five (5) 35 consecutive months worked in the first year of employment will constitute a full year of service 36 for vacation calculation. 37
Section 8.2.1. 35 Weeks of vacation credit shall be computed in accordance with the following rules.

Section 8.2.1. 13 Vacations shall be scheduled at the request of the employee unless such vacation would disrupt 14 the normal operations of the school. The normal period during which vacations will be granted 15 is from one week following the completion of the school term until one week before the 16 beginning of the following school term. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. 17 When an employee has been unable to utilize all of his/her accrued vacation prior to the end of 18 the school year (August 31) either because of disruption to school operations or other District 19 caused reasons, unused vacation may be carried over until December 31 of the following 20 school year. Provided, however, that with supervisor approval, an employee may carry over up 21 to five (5) days until August 31 of that school year.
Section 8.2.1. After four (4) complete years of service beginning with the fifth year of service and beyond, all 19 twelve (12) month employees shall earn vacation time at the rate of 15/12 a day per month. After 20 fifteen (15) complete years of service beginning with the sixteenth (16th) year of service, all twelve 21 (12) month employees shall earn one (1) additional day of vacation each year to a maximum of 22 twenty (20) days.
Section 8.2.1. 25 School year employees will receive a vacation stipend, added to their individual salaries, as 26 reflected on Schedule A, per year per FTE for vacation credit. The FTE amount will be 27 included in the June paycheck for school year employees. The individual FTE will be 28 calculated in a 2,080 hour basis and will be calculated on the year's actual number of hours 29 worked. Full-time employees shall be granted vacation time off with pay as follows: ten (10) 30 days after one (1) year of completed service, twelve (12) days after five (5) years of completed 31 service, fifteen (15) days after eight (8) years of completed service, and twenty (20) days after 32 fifteen (15) years of completed service.
