Section 15.3.2 Longevity. 2 All future Longevity stipends shall be paid in November of each year. The District agrees to 3 follow longevity statute (RCW 28A.400.300) and award longevity based on Tumwater School 4 District experience. 6 Longevity defined: 8 15-19 years: $200 9 20-24 years: $400 10 25-29 years: $800 11 30+ years: $1,000 12 13 11-14 years: $250 14 15-19 years: $500 15 20-24 years: $1,500 16 25-29 years: $2,000 17 30+ years: $3,000 19 Section 15.4. 20 Any employee required to travel from one site to another in a private vehicle during working hours shall 21 be reimbursed for such travel on a per-mile basis at the District rate.
