Common use of Section 16.1.1 Clause in Contracts

Section 16.1.1. 40 If this District has a different system for computing leave benefits, and other benefits, then the 41 employee shall be granted the same leave benefits and other benefits as an employee in the 42 District who has similar occupational status and total years of service, excepting seniority.

Section 16.1.1. 40 21 If this District district has a different system for computing leave benefits, benefits and other benefits, then the 41 22 employee shall be granted the same leave benefits and other benefits as an employee in the 42 District 23 district who has similar occupational status and total years of service, excepting seniority.

Section 16.1.1. 40 38 If this District district has a different system for computing leave benefits, benefits and other benefits, then the 41 39 employee shall be granted the same leave benefits and other benefits as an employee in the 42 District 40 district who has similar occupational status and total years of service, excepting seniority.

Section 16.1.1. 40 39 If this District has a different system for computing leave benefits, benefits and other benefits, then the 41 40 employee shall be granted the same leave benefits and other benefits as an employee in the 42 District 41 who has similar occupational status and total years of service. All new hires, excepting seniorityregardless of 42 longevity, shall be subject to the probationary provisions of this Agreement.
