Common use of Section 3.1 Clause in Contracts

Section 3.1. 34 It is agreed that the employees in the units defined herein shall have and shall be protected in the exercise 35 of the right, freely and without fear of penalty or reprisal, to join and assist the Association. The freedom 36 of such employees to assist the Association shall be recognized as extending to participation in the 37 management of the Association, including presentation of the views of the Association to the Board of 38 Directors of the District or any other governmental body, group or individual. The District shall take 39 whatever action is required or refrain from such action in order to assure employees that no interference, 40 restraint, coercion, or discrimination is allowed within the District to encourage or discourage 41 membership in any employee organization.

Section 3.1. 34 It is agreed that the all employees in the units defined herein subject to this Agreement shall have and shall be protected in the 35 exercise 35 of the right, freely and without fear of penalty or reprisal, to join and assist the Association. 36 The freedom 36 of such employees to assist the Association shall be recognized as extending to 37 participation in the 37 management of the Association, including presentation of the views of the 38 Association to the Board of 38 Directors of the District or any other governmental body, group group, or 39 individual. The District shall take 39 whatever action is required or refrain from such action in order to 40 assure employees that no interference, 40 restraint, coercion, or discrimination is allowed within the 41 District to encourage or discourage 41 membership in any employee organization. 42 43 Duly elected or appointed members of committees or delegations and all Executive Board members 44 will be allowed a reasonable amount of time to conduct Association business without loss of pay or 45 benefits.

The freedom 36 of such employees to assist the Association shall be 43 recognized as extending to participation in the 37 management of the Association, including presentation 44 of the views of the Association to the Board of 38 Directors of the District or any other governmental 45 body, group group, or individual. The District shall take 39 whatever action is required or refrain from such action 46 in order to assure employees that no interference, 40 restraint, coercion, or discrimination is allowed 47 within the District to encourage or discourage 41 membership in any employee organization.

The District shall take 39 whatever action is required or refrain from such action in order to 39 assure employees that no interference, 40 restraint, coercion, or discrimination is allowed within the 40 District to encourage or discourage 41 membership in any employee organization. 41 42 Xxxx elected or appointed members of committees or delegations and all Executive Board members 43 will be allowed a reasonable amount of time to conduct Association business without loss of pay or 44 benefits.

The District shall take 39 37 whatever action is required or refrain from such action in order to assure employees that no interference, 40 38 restraint, coercion, or discrimination is allowed within the District to encourage or discourage 41 membership 39 in any employee organization.. 40

The freedom 36 of 28 such employees to assist the Association Union shall be recognized as extending to participation in the 37 management 29 of the AssociationUnion, including presentation of the views of the Association Union to the Board of 38 Directors of the District or 30 any other governmental body, group group, or individual. The District shall take 39 whatever action is required required, or 31 refrain from such action action, in order to assure employees that no interference, 40 restraint, coercion, or 32 discrimination is allowed within the District to encourage or discourage 41 membership in any employee 33 organization.
