Common use of Section 3.3 Clause in Contracts

Section 3.3. 29 An employee may request a conference with his/her supervisor. The employee may inspect his/her hours 30 of work records in order to ensure that provisions of this Agreement are being adhered to. An 31 Association representative may be present at any such conference at the employee's request.

The employee may inspect his/her 20 hours 30 of work records in order to ensure that provisions of this Agreement are being adhered to. An 31 Association A 21 Union representative may be present at any such conference at the employee's request.
