Common use of Section 3.3 Clause in Contracts

Section 3.3. An employee may request a conference with his/her supervisor. The employee may inspect his/her 35 hours of work records in order to ensure that provisions of this Agreement are being adhered to. An 36 Association representative may be present at any such conference at the employee's request.

An 36 Association A Union 9 representative may be present at any such conference at the employee's request.
