Common use of Section 3.3 Clause in Contracts

Section 3.3. 33 Employees subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or other 34 persons present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other representatives of the 35 District.

Section 3.3. 33 39 Employees subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or other 34 40 persons present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other representatives of the 35 District.41 District as hereinafter provided. 42

Section 3.3. 33 31 Employees subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or other 34 32 persons present at discussions between themselves and the supervisors or other representatives of the 35 District33 District as hereinafter provided.

Section 3.3. 33 ‌ 36 Employees subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or other 34 37 persons present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other representatives of the 35 District.38 District as hereinafter provided. 39

Section 3.3. 33 31 Employees of the units subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or 32 other 34 persons present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other representatives of the 35 33 District, if it is the employee’s desire, as hereinafter provided.

Section 3.3. 33 22 Employees subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or other 34 23 persons present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other representatives of the 35 District24 District as hereinafter provided.

Section 3.3. 33 28 Employees of the unit subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or 29 other 34 persons present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other representatives of the 35 District30 District as hereinafter provided.
