Common use of Section 3.5 Clause in Contracts

Section 3.5. 6 Neither the District, nor the Association, shall unlawfully discriminate against any employee subject to 7 this Agreement on the basis of race, creed, color, sex, religion, age or marital status or because of a 8 disability with respect to a position, the duties of which may be performed efficiently by an individual 9 without danger to the health or safety of the disabled person or others.

Section 3.5. 6 43 Neither the District, nor the Association, shall unlawfully discriminate against any employee subject to 7 44 this Agreement on the basis of race, creed, color, sex, religion, age or marital status or because of a 8 45 disability with respect to a position, the duties of which may be performed efficiently by an individual 9 46 without danger to the health or safety of the disabled person or others.

Section 3.5. 6 Neither the District, nor the Association, shall unlawfully discriminate against any employee subject to this 7 this Agreement on the basis of race, creed, color, sex, religion, age or marital status or because of a 8 disability physical handicap with respect to a position, the duties of which may be performed efficiently by an 9 individual 9 without danger to the health or safety of the disabled physically handicapped person or others.

Section 3.5. 6 37 Neither the District, nor the Association, Association shall unlawfully discriminate against any employee subject to 7 38 this Agreement on the basis of race, creed, color, sexgender, religion, age or marital status status, or because of a 8 39 disability with respect to a position, the duties of which may be performed efficiently by an individual 9 40 without danger to the health or safety of the disabled person or others.. 41

Section 3.5. 6 Neither the District, nor the Association, shall unlawfully discriminate against any employee subject to this 7 this Agreement on the basis of race, creed, color, sex, religion, age or marital status or because of a physical 8 disability handicap with respect to a position, the duties of which may be performed efficiently by an individual 9 without danger to the health or safety of the disabled physically handicapped person or others.
