Common use of Section 4.7 Clause in Contracts

Section 4.7. 17 Representatives of the Association, upon making their presence known to the District, shall have 18 access to the District premises during business hours, provided, that no conferences or meetings 19 between employees and Association representatives will in any way hamper or obstruct the normal 20 flow of work.
