Common use of Section 5.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 5.2. 24 It is further agreed and understood that the District will consult with the Association, and meet with the 25 Association upon its request, in the formulation of any changes being considered in existing benefits, 26 policies, practices and procedures.

Section 5.2. 24 19 It is further agreed and understood that the District will consult with the Association, and meet with the 25 20 Association upon its request, at a mutually agreed time in the formulation of any changes being considered in existing 21 benefits, 26 policies, practices and procedures.

Section 5.2. 24 18 It is further agreed and understood that the District will consult with the Association, and meet with the 25 19 Association upon its request, in the formulation of any changes being considered in existing benefits, 26 20 policies, practices practices, and proceduresprocedures which affect this agreement.
