School Cancellation. All regular seniority employees will be paid for any day when school is canceled by an Emergency School Closing, such as storms, etc. This provision will result in no loss of pay nor increase in pay as a result of an Emergency School Closing day that must be rescheduled.
School Cancellation. A. All regular seniority employees will be paid for any day when school is canceled by an Act of God such a storms, snow, etc., which is not rescheduled. B. If a regular employee reports to work on a day when school is canceled by an Act of God and the day is to be rescheduled, the employee will be paid for the time worked on the rescheduled day. C. If a regular employee reports to work on an Act of God day, due to the District failing to announce the school cancellation or is required to work any portion of that day, the employee will be paid for the hours worked in addition to A or B above.

Any instance that shall cause an employee to work more than 170 days, shall result in the employee being paid for time actually worked. Employees driving runs to other districts or sites which are scheduled for more than 170 days will accept the contractual amount of salary by accepting the position. Employees driving part of their runs on canceled days, that are required to be made up, shall be paidtwo hours at the extra trip rate. Pay for these days will be added to their last pay of the year.
School Cancellation. If school opening is delayed, or school is recessed prior to the normal end of the day, employees will be paid for a full day. If school is cancelled prior to the beginning of the employee’s regular work day, employees who have commenced work shall be paid for a full day. Full-year employees whose work can be continued for the full day will complete their regular workday. Any day the school is closed for a full day due to inclement weather or emergency and that day is not made up, employees shall receive his/her full rate of pay.

Bargaining unit members shall not lose pay for any day of student attendance cancelled due to inclement weather or safety conditions.
