Section 6 Individual Contracts, Extended Contracts and Supplemental Contracts. 1. Copies of Individual contracts The board shall make with each employee employed by it, a written contract, which shall be in conformity with the laws of this State, and limited to a term of not more than one year. Every such contract shall be made in triplicate duplicate, one copy to be retained by the school district superintendent or secretary, one copy to be retained, after having been approved and registered, by the intermediate school district superintendent, and one copy to be delivered to the employee thereafter.

  • Contracts and Subgrants Grantee may not, without Agency’s prior written consent, enter into any contracts or subgrants for any of the Project activities required of Grantee under this Grant. Agency’s consent to any contract or subgrant will not relieve Grantee of any of its duties or obligations under this Grant.

  • Covered Contracts and Contractors If the Contract exceeds $100,000 and the Contractor employed more than 40 full-time employees on a single working day during the previous 12 months in Minnesota or in the state where it has its principle place of business, then the Contractor must comply with the requirements of Minnesota Statute § 363A.36 and Minnesota Rule Parts 5000.3400-5000.3600. A Contractor covered by Minnesota Statute § 363A.36 because it employed more than 40 full-time employees in another state and does not have a certificate of compliance, must certify that it is in compliance with federal affirmative action requirements.

  • Supplemental Contracts A. Supplemental duties shall be defined as those duties which are performed during time in excess of the work day, work week, work year, or in addition to the employee’s regular duties. Employees performing supplemental duties shall be issued written, individual, limited contracts that include:

  • Assumed Contracts The term "Assumed Contracts" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(e).

  • Extended Contracts A. In the event the number of days in a MBU’s contract is extended, that MBU shall be paid at the daily rate of 1/207 of their scheduled salary per additional day. MBUs on an extended contract shall receive all holidays and benefits received by MBUs during the school year.
