Section 6.11.3 Sample Clauses

Section 6.11.3. All normal shift hours worked on the sixth consecutive day shall be compensated at the rate of one 16 and one half (1½) times the employee's regular pay except with a prior agreement between employee 17 and the immediate supervisor to trade normal hours for sixth or seventh day hours. All hours worked 18 on the seventh consecutive day shall be compensated at a rate twice the employee's regular pay.
