Common use of Section 6.3 Clause in Contracts

Section 6.3. 3 Each shift in excess of five (5) hours per day shall include an unpaid uninterrupted lunch period of 4 from thirty (30) minutes to sixty (60) minutes duration, as near the middle of the shift as is practicable.

Section 6.3. 3 6 Each shift in excess of five (5) hours per day shall include an unpaid uninterrupted lunch period of 4 from 7 thirty (30) minutes to sixty (60) minutes duration, as determined by the building administrator, as near the middle 8 of the shift as possible. Each shift of three and one-half (3½) to five (5) hours may include an unpaid 9 uninterrupted lunch period from thirty (30) to sixty (60) minutes duration, as determined by the building 10 administrator, as near the middle of the shift as is practicablepossible. Each shift of less than three and one-half (3½) 11 hours per day shall not be subject to a mandatory unpaid lunch period.
