Section 7.1.1. 16 For full-time employees, in the event the work year contains more than two hundred sixty (260) 17 days, the District will provide a day's unpaid leave for each day above two hundred sixty (260) 18 to be scheduled during the year. Employees will coordinate use of this leave with their 19 immediate supervisors. Custodians will utilize non-school days. Substitutes will not be 20 provided. These days will be requested on a leave request form and must be approved by the 22 them as approved by the supervisor.

Section 7.1.1. 22 Drivers shall receive their regular rate of pay for time spent deep cleaning the inside and/or outside of 23 the bus, not to exceed three times a year for two and a half hours each time, unless specifically 24 requested by the Transportation Director.

Section 7.1.1. 26 By mutual agreement of the District and the classification concerned, the work week and shift 27 may consist of four (4) consecutive days of ten (10) hours a day, and a thirty (30) minute 28 uninterrupted lunch period as near the middle of the shift as is practicable, and including a 29 fifteen (15) minute first half and a fifteen (15) minute second half rest period, both of which 30 shall occur as near the middle of each half shift as is practicable, provided at least one (1) 31 employee is on duty at the work site Monday through Friday except recognized holidays.
