Common use of SECTION 812 Clause in Contracts

SECTION 812. 21 In the event employees are absent for reasons which are covered by Industrial Insurance, the 22 District shall pay the employee an amount equal to the difference between the amount paid the 23 employee by the Department of Labor and Industries and the amount the employee would 24 normally earn. A deduction shall be made from the employee's accumulated sick leave in 25 accordance with the amount paid to the employee by the District.

SECTION 812. 21 In accordance with RCW 51.32.090, in the event employees are absent for reasons which are 22 covered by Industrial Insuranceindustrial insurance, the 22 District shall pay the employee an amount equal to the 23 difference between the amount paid the 23 employee by the Department of Labor and Industries 24 and the amount the employee would 24 normally earn. SECTION 812. 21 34 In the event employees are absent for reasons which are covered by Industrial Insurance, the 22 35 District shall pay the employee an amount equal to the difference between the amount paid the 23 36 employee by the Department of Labor and Industries District designated carrier/consortium and the amount the employee would 24 37 normally earn. A deduction shall be made from the employee's accumulated sick leave in 25 38 accordance with the amount paid to the employee by the District.. 39
