Section 8.2.1. Alternative Transportation Rule. 46 When a trip involves a group of fifteen (15) or more students, the group will be transported by 47 school bus. If vehicles other than District owned, need to be used to transport students, the 48 Transportation Supervisor, Athletic Director, and or Principal and Chapter President will 1 review all requests and approve or disapprove. If mutual agreement cannot be reached the 2 request will be denied.
Section 8.2.1. Alternative Transportation Rule. 2 When a trip involves a group of fifteen (15) or more students, the group will be transported by 3 school bus. When a trip involves a group of fourteen (14) or fewer students a District Van can 4 be used. In the event a Coach or Advisor is unable or unwilling to be the driver of the van, the 5 trip will be assigned to the transportation department. The trip will be considered an Extra Trip 6 and compensated as such.
