Transportation Supervisor. All Transportation Supervisors will bid at least two (2) times per year in approximately equally increments with an aspirational target of April and October (or as needed) based on seniority within classification as listed above in 11.1
Transportation Supervisor. It is understood that the transportation supervisor (who is not a member of the bargaining unit) is also eligible for driving assignments on the same basis as bargaining unit employees (on a seniority basis).

The Transportation Supervisor shall return to being an employee of Branchburg when a successor is hired to replace ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇.

Transportation Supervisor. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the informal procedure or has elected not to utilize it, the aggrieved person may present the claim in writing to the Transportation Supervisor or the grievance will be deemed waived.
Transportation Supervisor. The Board hereby recognizes that any changes to salary or other conditions of employment, for the above mentioned positions, must be negotiated with the SSAA. Additionally, proposed personnel changes within the district that may involve assignments into the SSAA by job description, including both new or existing employees, necessitates negotiations with the SSAA before any action can be taken by the Board of Education. This agreement excludes all other district employees not currently represented by the SSAA.
