Section 8.2.1. Industrial Insurance. 2 In the event employees are absent for reasons which are covered by Industrial Insurance, the 3 District shall pay the employee an amount equal to the difference between the amount paid the 4 employee for such pay loss benefit and the amount the employee would normally earn. A 5 deduction shall be made from the employee's accumulated sick leave in accordance with the 6 amount paid to the employee by the District.
