Common use of Section 9.1.1.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 9.1.1.2. 37 At the time of separation from school district employment due to retirement or death, an 38 eligible employee or the employee’s estate shall receive remuneration at a rate equal to 39 one (1) day’s current monetary compensation for each four (4) full days accrued leave 40 for illness or injury.
