Common use of Section 9.9 Clause in Contracts

Section 9.9. 36 The District shall publicize within the bargaining unit for seven (7) calendar days the availability of 37 open positions as soon as possible after the District is apprised of the opening. A copy of the job 38 posting shall be forwarded to the President of the Union. 39

Section 9.9. 36 25 The District shall publicize within the bargaining unit for seven (7) calendar days the availability of 37 26 open positions as soon as possible after the District is apprised of the opening. A copy Notification of the job 38 posting 27 title position and job number shall be forwarded sent to the President of the Union. 39.

Section 9.9. 36 The District shall publicize within the bargaining unit for seven five (75) calendar working days the availability of 37 open 34 positions as soon as possible after the District is apprised of the opening. A copy of the job 38 posting 35 shall be forwarded to the President president of the Union. 39Union and to the Union representative of the classification

Section 9.9. 36 33 The District shall publicize within the bargaining unit for seven (7) calendar days the availability of 37 34 open positions as soon as possible after the District is apprised of the opening. A copy Notification of the job 38 posting 35 title position and job number shall be forwarded sent to the President of the Union. 39For each job posting, the 36 District shall publicize the position title, worksite (if known), hours per day, and days worked per year.
